I booked an appointment for coolsculpting for next week and then I read these reviews. I just checked for the very positive reviews. The reviewer ONLY reviewed here why only here?. Isn't this fishy? After reading all positive reviews I found that truly none is written by customers, They are all fake. Thanks for all your reviews guys, you saved me and my money.

Terrible customer service. I went for a cool-sculpting consultation approximately 3 weeks ago. Prior to leaving I was told to make down-payment to secure appointment for a service I didn't even agree to- I told employee Aurelia I had to discuss with my partner first she insist on me securing appointment if I changed my mind a refund will be provided. Its now Dec 12, 2017 and I have gotten nothing but run-a-round and was told they cant refund from in store it has to be from head office. SarahP has yet to confirm my actual refund except I keep getting emails about balance due, and to reschedule missed appointment. I see other customers has similar issues regarding payment. I am forced to take this a bit farther so I promise this company it will certainly cost them more to refund my down payment. Horrible company, horrible service and I have been told the treatment doesn't work by a past employee. I asked a question about what happened after treatment they fail to respond- how can I allow someone to inject needles in m body when you cant build customer confidence? Anyways I look forward to this ongoing refund battle as this customer will win!!! Stay away from these people!!!

I usually go to the Ajax location for Botox and Juverderm. But this location has always  been so accommodating when I am in the area. The staff here are great. Thank you!

Worst customer service. Nurses and injectors are amazing and very professtional. Front desk staff and administration need a long course in customer service and people soft skills.

This company is a SCAM !!!! .I have spent 4000 dollars to do cool sculping here and got no results. When I tried to speak to their manager, they forced me out of the store and was told that “handling complain is not their job !” then gave me a fake business card of their director Sarah P with NO phone number, NO address, only an email! then I sent many emails and not even a single reply !!it's a scam ! I AM TRYING to file a complaint to the right government authority !!!
