PY Nails and Spa

It's not the nail technician's fault at all, I've gone twice, I think her name is Tina and she does a fabulous job! It's the owner. They have an option to book online so I did, and when I showed up today they were like "oh we aren't good with technology we don't have you in here, come back in a few hours". I took TWO busses to get there and this was my only day off all week. They found the time to take me after a while of waiting and I was offered no discounts or anything to make up for it. Charged full price, and actually, I came in for a "fill" but was charged for a full set because I wanted a new colour. Again, I am pleased with how they look but really not impressed by the service. The best part is they just called me saying I have an appointment for tomorrow and they didn't write down what for. (it was supposed to be a make up for today but they ended up finding the time for me today in the end) The fact that there's a nail salon on every street corner these days would make you think they'd try harder to please their customers. "Next time call and we'll make sure to write down your appointment" just isn't good enough for me.

DO NOT GO HERE! Shellac nail polish does not last more than two days before chipping AND you will get hung up on when you call to address it. What I thought was a nice experience turned out to be horrible. After advising the workers that my aunt and I were getting shellac done to go on vacation... the shellac started chipping on the second day. When I called to advise the manager I was rudely accused that I never had an appt. When I convinced them, I was then told that because I was on vacation and didn't call them after 3 days; they will not honour anything.. the manager told me "Everyone just says they are on vacation and try's to get money back". That was when I was hung up on...

Terrible. Would give 1 star. Was booked last minute when the manager suggested me coming in at 7:30. So i came. Had to wait over an hour for yhe previous lady to finish. The entire process of the pedicure was rushed. I dont know whats worse Eveetytbong was just terrible never going back and mever reccomend. Name sounds amazing Looks great. But not like they use to be I could go on about them talking about you behind your back especially if yout Caucasian and donnot understand their language. I look like i dont understand but i understood. You know theres more even? They wanted me to walk out the door when i just finisheed the poorly done rushed pedicure in flip flops at 10pm while it was raining. They takr advantage of you if you look young . I am entering third year university - they have done all this tl me. Even more than i can type was wrongly and polrlly done. Terrible. Just Terrible .

Great service, professional and nice. The set up is clean and modern. My new fave place. The nail tech is amazing!
