I always have an amazing experience at Eli spa. She does and amazing job for my hair color and my eyebrows . Her skin treatments makes your skin glow and flawless. The salon is so clean and she make sure everything is sanitize . I should also add that she is so friendly and polite. I am so happy that I found her.

Elnaz is very professional and great at what she does. I went to her for one thing but because was so great now i go to her for all my spa and beauty needs, so does all my family and friends. She has fair pricing and a great service.

Go to Ellen for any beauty services. She is a professional - I have done both waxing and laser with her. Her laser machine WORKS amazingly! Strongly recommend her for laser/waxing.

My experience was not a good one. My skin was red for days - to the point I had to go see a doctor who told me not to return. It was NOT sanitary. She waxed my bikini/Brazilian area and used the visibly dirty strip to continue waxing both my legs. She had wax on her glove, so she reached into the garbage can to grab a used wax strip to clean her glove. She didn't have enough wax to complete the service so she was spreading it so thinly, that she wasn't actually removing the hair from the root but simply just tearing the hair. She then proceeded to re-wax almost every region in attempt to remove the excess hair causing me an extreme amount of pain, swelling, and redness. Not to mention that while my legs were in the air people were outside the curtain and looking in when they were opened. Safe to say I will not be returning.
