Really bad customer service, took them 4+hrs to do something that is not even complicated. With in the 4+hrs service was really bad, she had her bi*ch face on at all times. They will tell you that they can't find you package if you have one with them and make you pay a ridiculous amount. $115 for something only worth $65 at pacific mall (did got a quote from a store) and the quality, service I would say it only worth $20. Will never go there again. They said they are always fully booked and they have been business forever, they will not scam ppl. Ya if you take 4 hrs to do something like that and you only have 2 staff, of course you're fully booked all the time cause you can only take 4-6 customers a day.

This is the worst nail spa you could ever go to. I had the nail technician by the name of Jane. My treatment began at 4:45 and ended at 5:45 for a spa pedicure and shellac manicure. My sister's treatment began at 4:45 and ended at 6:30, her technician was way better. Jane started the treatment by taking out a pair of nail clippers from a basket and not from a sterilization machine, she brought out a pair of cuticle clippers from the sterilizer not in a package and looked at it and decided that it was not clean enough to use and went to get another. She clipped my nails and used the cuticle clipper to clip the cutiles, however she did not do a good job pushing back my cuticles on the sides of my toes. She did not scrape or do anything else any other spa would have. When doing my manicure, she did not soak my fingers and or give me a hand massage. The paint job? It was horrible, bubbles, and spots. I would not recommend this place to anyone ever. The pedicure area is a disaster, there are no chairs, you sit along a bench, you soak your feet in what looks like a kitchen sink not a foot tube. It is poorly lit and looks grimy and dirty. This place is a disgrace to nail salons everywhere, the staff were unprofessional answering text messages and whatsapp messages during my treatment. I have never been more disappointed with the service from a nail salon.

very poor customer service! they called me half an hour before my appointment and simply cancel my appointment because the previous customer arrived late!!!! What an unprofessional service!!!
