Worst experience ever, please do not go there and waste your time. I went for Shellac manicure and pedicure. The person who did mine was the worst then a beginner on top of that she cut my skin while doing it. Not friendly at all. If I could give minus star it would be-10 I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

This place is the worst I have ever dealt with. The first appointment I booked was cancelled when I arrived, by them. This is after having travelled over an hour to get there. I've booked two appointments since and called each time, the day of, to ensure the service provider was there. Both times the receptionist told me she didn't have a record of my appointment. What!!! Twice this has happened. In addition, they suddenly changed their hours of operation. The receptionist told me, for my second appointment, it was okay and that the service provider would stay late. When I called to confirm the second appointment, the receptionist said she didn't have an appointment for me. She also suggested that she never said I could be seen later. If I hadn't paid in advance, I would never have gone back. The receptionist can't even book an appointment for God's sake! Even if she could book an appointment, you don't change working hours and tell a client you can't see them now. Stay far away from this place!!!

Best facial EVER in Richmond Hill. Naz is amazing. My son had really bad acne and acne scars and it has all cleared up in less than 3 months. Naz not only did a great job but also recommended a simple routine for him to do at home that was easy to follow. Thanks Naz.

Went to this place with a Goupon voucher for Shellac Manicure. I was charged an extra $10 to remove my shellac nail polish. I told the owner the other spas I went to charged extra $5 for the service. She showed me the price list which stated $10 to remove shellac nail polish. Long story short, I paid the extra $10 + taxes and still tipped the lady who did the nail for me. This is my experience. Make sure you ask all the necessary questions when make an appointment with this spa.

I went there with Groupon voucher for shellac manicure and pedicure. The lady who did my mani-pedi was in some kind of rush. Very disappointed with the service and I don't recommend this place.
