Fantastic service!! We were having trouble with our travel trailer sway bar set up enroute. Stopped in at two other RV shops along the way who were very unhelpful / indifferent / ignorant. By chance we stopped in at Simcoe RV and despite being swamped with stuff in the shop, they offered to help. They fixed the problem in about 10 minutes and we were back on our way in no time. When i need my trailer serviced in the fall, i will be back at Simcoe RV that is for sure! Thanks again guys!!! You rock!!!

Be careful what you buy. If you buy where is as is with them make sure you go over everything with a fine tooth comb. Traded in our 5th wheel in excellent condition with a large amount of cash and now we have an RV with a multitude of issues. Shameful. My our own fault for taking it as is. Won't make that mistake again.

Had a great service experience here. The issue was fixed faster than we, or they, planned on. Mark even spent about 30 minutes with me on another issue that I was having. Great team! I would certainly recommend Simcoe RV for service.

The Simcoe County RV service team helped me when I really needed it. Very friendly. Explained issues in ways that I could understand and resolved them in a very timely manner - even though they were officially closed. Parts that were replaced were left in the Airstream so that I could see the damage and understand how it happened. I'll be back for service - and to purchase some items I had never seen before in their very well stocked store awning shade extenstions.

My wife and I recently traded in our old RV for something newer: a 30 foot coachmen. After using it for the weekend, we absolutely love our purchase. Mike made it a painless purchase. Him and his staff were very helpful and cooperative during the entire process and made sure we loved it before purchasing. It is clear that he really cares about his customers! We can't say enough great things about Mike and his team. Our first purchase was a couples trailer. Then we thought a little bigger would be great so of course back to Mike we go. Mike knew exactly what we needed and we were happy then a year passes and we want just a little bigger, back we go. Mike knew we would be back and once again we are happy. We would not go anywhere else! Along the way we made a friend.

I had purchased a 40 ft. Bay Hill trailer. My sales man Mark Boucher was very knowledgable about the trailer. He had answered every question I had. Mark had made sure every problem was fixed before unit left. Mike the owner of the company was also very co operative. He made sure that before I left the lot with trailer that his tech would make sure that all my questions were answered and that I was confident with my purchase. I cant remember techs name I think it was Greg. He was very knowledgeable thanks for your patience with me. One last thing the girls that cleaned the trailer had done a immaculate job. Thank you to all staff. Mark I told you I was hesitant on it but I am happy with the purchase.
