Go to hwy11ram. Ask for Leonard, he is the best! He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. Absolutely incredible service and and he know’s his stuff. I am so fortunate to have found hwy11 ram. From my initial email they have been responsive, communication was above and beyond and so pleasant. True professionals! Highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. Everyone at this dealership provided 5/5 star service at every step and I’m giving a huge shout out to Leonard with a 10/5. 200% He is that good and incredible. Speak to him for 1 minute and you will see for yourself on how hardworking, passionate, respectful, great listener overall great person he is.
Waste of almost $500!!!! Never going back to a dealership for “service” the Jeep company has been a scam and a thorn in my backside. There’s an obvious computing system issue. They said they ran a test and resolved, yet my remote key start still isn’t working. There’s an OBVIOUS leak in my car and, yet again in true JEEP fashion, “nothing was found” y’all will find anything to charge your customers and still not fix a damned thing. Thank you for reminding me to NEVER come back for any kind of work here. Not only did you guys not order the tires I needed for install, After telling them I needed Winter tires and the size and everything. Not sure why I even bothered. Convenience of location is clearly not worth it. I’d rather drive to Toronto and get real quality work done and at a REASONABLE PRICE!! I had no tires installed, basic tests and yet it cost me $475.21. Criminal.

I was looking to purchase a truck and a friend told me to go here, I was impressed right away with how friendly and welcoming all the staff were, I met with Cody told him what I was looking for and He found the perfect truck for me. I met with Julian regarding financing and He was amazing Julian unlike other people I’ve dealt with was not pushy and trying to sell me more options. I highly recommend this business, Again they are Welcoming, Friendly and are awesome with communicating.
Hands down, this is the best dealership I've ever dealt with. I had an expensive fix on my van at the worst possible time, and they did everything they could to help me get back into my vehicle within the budget I needed to stick within. They went above and beyond, and that included lending me a vehicle so I could get to work! All the staff I spoke with along the way were friendly, patient and always willing to take the time to explain things to me. You made a really tough situation become as pleasant as it could be with the situation at hand! Thank you so much!!

Excellent Dealer and customer service. This is the place to go in southern Ontario for High Performance Vehicles and accessories. Reminds me of the 1960's new car dealers that used to special order and build Performance cars! In these days of political correctness, EV's,and Put Putts it is nice to see a car dealer that still caters to the true car and truck enthusiasts
