Silverwood Motel

Stayed at this cozy hotel and absolutely loved the vibes! The interior was stylish and comfortable, perfect for relaxing. The staff was super friendly. They went above and beyond to recommend amazing spots to visit during our stay. Their tips made our trip even more memorable. The location is perfect, with everything easily accessible. Highly recommend! You won’t regret this experience!

We have stayed at this motel more than once. It is clean, has a pool and perfectly located next to other places to grab a bite of food. They went above and beyond catering to our needs. We will stay there again and I would recommend it to anyone. Clair who worked the front desk when we were there was so helpful and attentive to all the guests. Our experience left me impressed with her care and efforts.

My group and I were very excited to stay at this motel being as it was so close to the CMBF site. We booked at the end of July for the CBMF 2025 weekend and paid a deposit. The rest of the balance was due on May 1st. However, on December 5th, we received an email stating that there was “new ownership” and our booking would be honored, only if we paid the remaining balance, which was nearly $1000 by December 15th. Communicating with them was impossible and they were not willing to negotiate with this at all. It seems very unfair to paying customers to not honor the previous agreement and expect that much money right before Christmas on such short notice. They ended up sending us a refund for the deposit and put us back on the waitlist even though we said we wanted to keep our room. Any CBMF goers know how frustrating this is because it is nearly impossible to find a motel to stay at in close proximity. Very disappointed.

This motel is very nice! Clean, brightly lit, and welcoming upon entering the lobby. The staff were pleasant and friendly, and check-in was quick. The room was clean and well-equipped, and the hotel offers accessible rooms. I would highly recommend it.

The location is close to everything especially the water parks. We were greeted by a friendly staff. The room was very clean and comfortable and had all the amenities that we needed. The breakfast next door provided lots of options and was well stocked. The next time we are in Cavendish, we will happily stay here again.
