Cavendish Maples Cottages

The cottages were beautiful and the packages they offered were fantastic but we had an issue with mice. I realize that mice will find their way into cottages that wasn't the real issue, it was the fact that after I called and told the office about the situation nothing was really done. They sent someone to remove the dead mouse (which had been there for a long time by the looks of it and the smell) and set new traps. Someone came to clean but did not bother looking and clean all the cupboards and drawers. There was still mouse droppings everywhere and they only cleaned one area. For paying $1500 I wanted it cleaned. When we asked to be moved they said it wasn't possible. So we packed up our belongings and went down the road where everything was clean, staff was amazing and for half the cost.

Great cottages (big! Comfortable with kitchenware, a lovely home away from home), bbq, fire pits, playground, swimming pool, beautiful views, walking distance to Green Gables and Cavendish beach. Staff super helpful and friendly. Quiet and peaceful, sourounded by nature. Our little one is having a blast being free and exploring the area while we relax. Overall, a great place to stay a week or two on vacations with the family. I wish I can stay here a month or two!!!

Loved the cabin and pool. It was a bit pricey but its location is worth it if you want to be in Cavendish.
