Beth is fantastic. I got my first cartilage piercing and she was so patient and reassuring with all my questions. Even after not quite 2 months had passed and I had some issues with it, she took care of it immediately and again professionally and patiently. Silverline is clean, professional and friendly. I recommend!

3 of us went in for ear piercings yesterday and had Beth as our piercer. She was so kind, professional, and so knowledgeable! One of our girls was getting pierced for the first time and Beth was incredibly patient with us, explained the whole process, and made sure we were understanding of aftercare. I went here to have my jewelry changed. The staff were nice and helpful, and the shop is clean and spacious. I had emailed them previously and got a response within 24 hours. I also didn't need an appointment for what I wanted to get, which is convenient. Be aware that they are only accepting cash at least right now, which surprised me a bit

Had an excellent experience 2 years ago. Today, however, was a VERY different story. Long story short. Rude encounter with front staff, piercer hadn't shown for the appointment and we had to pay upfront? NOPE I've never had to pay upfront anywhere before. A deposit? Yes. But, to pay upfront for a service not yet performed seems sketchy

Got a septum piercing and Beth was so sweet and walked my friend and I through every step. They took us as walk-ins and we didn’t have to wait too long. Everyone was super helpful!

I’ve been here a couple different times for my tattoos and I am never disappointed. I have seen Daryl once and he was great and super funny!! He made sure that the placement of my tattoo was right and he made me super comfortable. James has done multiple of my tattoos and he is so creative, he helped me figure out how to connect some of my tattoos together for my sleeve and I absolutely love it. He is so good at what he does, I definitely recommend him! Also, the prices are so much better than other tattoo shops I’ve been to.

Beth was absolutely amazing! I got a nose piercing done and she explained everything she was doing and was very calm which really put me at ease. She answered all the questions I had and everything was clean and sterile. The vibe of the place is really nice, everyone working there was super friendly. I highly recommend Silverline to anyone looking to get a piercing!

Yesterday I got a new tattoo at this location. The service I received was amazing. Justin the artist that did my tattoo was able to get me scheduled very last minute, he was very kind and was able to capture + create the exact tattoo I wanted. I did not love the original placement of the stencil and before I had even said anything, he did not hesitate to reassure me that he did not mind moving it for me, he made it clear that he wanted me to absolutely love my tattoo, and I do. With this, the rest of the staff was great! They were all very friendly, attentive and down to earth people. Overall, it was affordable, I felt safe/welcomed and I knew that I could trust the staff to give me exactly what I was looking for. I will 100% be going back here to get more tattoos with Justin.Service: Tattoos
