By far THE WORST Gel Manicure I've ever had! I had an appointment at my usual nail salon in Lake Oswego Christmas Eve. I had a bit of last minute shopping to do at the mall, I was running behind so I decided to cancel my appointment and try the salon at the mall they had zero clients at the time. I was seated immediately, I asked how much they charge for a Gel manicure, she answered $25. While I was soaking my hands another girl took over, she was friendly but very unprofessional, she did not clip my cuticles, file or buff my nails, she put lotion and massaged for maybe 45 seconds per hand before doing anything. She talked to her friend the entire time I was there, she put the bonding material in the center of my nails only, she stopped mid stroke to gossip. The entire manicure lasted 15 minutes and cost $35! I told her the woman before you quoted me $25? She said " no, no its $35" I did not tip her and let her know why. Two days later every single nail started to peel back around the edges. The experience was absolutely awful, I wouldn't even consider going back for a free manicure. I would not recommend this salon to anyone!!

I went here for the first time to get acrylic nails. I give them a 2 star rating only because the gentleman did an absolutely beautiful job. The downside? 5 of my nails just popped off. After 4-5 days one fell off and then about a week and a half later FOUR MORE fell off in one day. I'm not a lumberjack and I do not work in manual labor. Besides the beautiful job he did, I would not recommend going back. He did not listen to what I wanted, the nails were WAYYY longer than what I wanted, and the woman who seated me kept trying to talk me into other things that I did not ask for. End of the day, spent way too much money and tipped way to well for bad quality nails.

My daughter and I looked around for a place that was open on a Sunday morning for pedicures. Lee was warm and sweet. She did an excellent job on my toes. She almost put me to sleep when she when massaging. I'm happy I wasn't on my phone so I could completely enjoy the experience. We asked upfront the costs and when the bill arrived it was exactly what I had expected. I plan on returning here.

We spent 15 dollars on a regular manicure. It took 30 min to get an employee to even acknowledge us and an hour to paint and dry. The service was horrible - the employees kept turning to each other to talk, not painting our nails while doing so. The paint job was equally bad... There were smudges all over our nails and they didn't even paint inside of the nail. Not only could they not paint our nails properly, but their drying machines were inadequate. Instead of the average nail dryer, a fan was used. I would not recommend coming here.

I went for gel nails, they used acrylic nails and charged me the gel price. They also pushed for other sells a lot. I was offered a drink and the soda was expired. The nails look nice despite charging me for one product then using abother. I won't go back there.
