Does Muriel need more good reviews? Probably not. I was looking for a place to get waxed after moving to Portland, and she was nearby + had been voted Best Brazilian in Portland. I'm so glad I gave La Muse a shot. Muriel is super friendly, removes EVERY single hair, and does a fabulous job. I'm the kind of person who's reserved and doesn't like to chat while getting spa treatments because I always feel that the person doing the job doesn't give a cr@p about what I say and is just being polite, so I just end up not talking. With Muriel, I actually feel that she cares, and she's so fun that the hour of waxing goes by quickly because we have so much fun talking to each other. I highly recommend Muriel and La Muse. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Muriel is fabulous, she is the best eyebrow waxer in Oregon! There is nothing she can't do. She is super friendly and creates a very welcoming and calm environment. The service are always performed with complete attention to details. I am a customer for life!

I cannot say enough about La Muse/Muriel. Always professional and flexible -not to mention -EVERYTHING she does is amazing and perfect! I always leave feeling like a different person. I would never trust anyone else in the city of Portland! Muriel is amazing!

I really needed a relaxing day away from the craziness of life so I went to La Muse Salon. It was such a relaxing experience from start to finish. The staff was very friendly and really took their time to make sure I was comfortable and feeling very relaxed. I did not want to leave! You can be sure that I will return as often as I possibly can.
