Story

We opened our first GiGi Salon & Spa in 2002 on the South Park blocks in the heart of the cultural district of downtown Portland. Our second location, opened a few years ago, and is located in the Washington Square Mall in Tigard. Our third location, just celebrated it’s grand opening November 12, 2011, and is located in the West Linn Village in suburbia bliss.

Over the years, we have assembled an exceptional team of technical experts and trend advisers who stay current with – and receive continued training in – the most fashion forward looks for men and women. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and have had the good fortune of servicing loyal customers for years while receiving glowing recommendations and countless referrals. My mom invited me to go with her to get our hair and nails done. I wish I could get her money back for her. I thought it would be fun to do a before and after photo...we both agreed to not take the after photo. Won't go back

I just had my haircut and styled by Kristy at Gigi and she was GREAT! I am growing my hair out from a pixie cut and it's at the weird in between stage and I was at the point where I was like just shave it off. Kristy came up with something get opposition and a wonderful haircut that I can't stop looking at!!!! Thank you so much Kristy your amazing

Horrible service, the stylists are not that good and not experienced, over priced hair styles that are not worth spending money on.... trust me!!! The owner is not fair, the staff is rude.. however, a big shout out to Sarah tho, she was nice and communicated well... don't go and spend your money there.

I showed up today for a previously scheduled 10 AM appointment for a mani and pedi. After spending just a few minutes looking at color options the friendly front desk woman informed me that the person who was scheduled to see me today had just woken up and would be 30 to 45 minutes late. I worked later in the day and had specifically scheduled with this in mind. Waiting was not an option for me unfortunately (and really, who is still sleeping at 10 AM on a morning that you work let alone any other day of the week). I said that I would need to cancel and left. I was feeling pretty bitter about it, when the salon called me back and said that they would be giving me a $50 gift card under my name should I want to come back another time. This was much appreciated. While the front desk woman did all that she could to help me, the fact that one of their employees couldn't make it out of bed on time for a 10 AM appointment is pretty ridiculous. I will be back to utilize the gift card, but most likely will not be returning after that.

What a garbage place. I took my mom there, they did a terrible job and could not fix her hair. Ended up paying $200+ like nothing happened.
