Massage Envy - Tualatin

I went in to this location in person in April to fill out the paperwork to cancel my membership. In May, I still got charged to my Debit Card. I called in and spoke with an employee that said the paperwork was on their Managers desk and they would make sure it got processed for me. June came along, and again I was charged to my Debit Card. If I fill out the paperwork in person to Cancel, that means I want to Cancel. It does not mean that I want to beat around the bush until I change my mind. I also wish I had not started my Membership at this location because I was never able to get in when I needed to. I ended up going to the Sherwood location for all my Massages without any difficulty whatsoever. I have noticed on other reviews where Massage Envy Tualatin has had responses. I actually do not want a response to this. It would be too little too late.

They told me the the total for my appointment over the phone before I got there, and after my appointment my total was about $30 more. The reception was very unpleasant and said it was required to tip the massage therapist. The massage therapist I had was very socially awkward which made me uncomfortable. I 100% do not recommend THIS massage envy. Everything people have said before me is very true as well, this place does not care about the customer.

The staff is professional and friendly. The therapists provide good and consistent service value.
