In short, go to the place up the street. It's much less painful (and I get brazilians, so this matters) and professional. I recently decreased my rating from 5 to 2 stars. Used to love this place and indeed, they aren't bad but it's amazing how bad employees can sour an otherwise good experience. I have gone here for years and I don't shave anything so I spend a lot of money! Anyway, a few of the employees are incredibly rude and I was turned away from a 90 minute appointment after being 9 minutes late (I normally am left waiting for at least as long every other time I've gone). The good news is that I had to go to the place up the street because vacation plans wouldn't allow a reschedule. Less painful, more professional, faster, and less expensive.

After circling the parking lot searching for a parking spot, I was 5 minutes late by the time I checked in for my appointment. The esthetician came out a few minutes later and told me there was not enough time for my appointment. Being that I have waited past my scheduled appointment time more than once at the Bridgeport location, and was parking for an appointment when they called to tell me they had to cancel for that day, I will be taking my business elsewhere!!!
