Shwarma Palace

I was there yesterday and I love how clean and hygienic they were. The shwarma I had was very good and everything is prepared in front of you. Chicken and beef are cut separately there and have so many options you can choose from and are pretty competitive prices. I recommend this place for good quality food and customer service.

Update: Seeing the bad review, the owner contacted me and replaced the orders. Second Photo New employees didn't do a great job the first time. Shrinking platter. We have been customers since the shop opened and now I’ve noticed prices going up with portions going down over time, but tonight it was just silly. I came home with a near empty platter. The salad was a few pieces of green. What we got still tasted good though

I came here for the first time, this place is great. Atmosphere is great and the staff are also really sweet. They make great food and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. I ordered a beef kabob platter and it tasted delicious. I recommended it on the spot to my friend and she called me to get her a chicken platter before i left and she liked it too. The price was great as well since it was womens day 50% off and the husband and wife who own it are super accommodating, caring, really kind hearted and sincere.. All the staff were a pleasure to talk to and made the customer feel welcomed. God bless.

This used to be one of my favorite places for middle eastern/Mediterranean food in town. Not anymore, chicken was tasteless rice didn't have that authentic middle eastern taste, humus and garlic sauce tasted as if it came out of a can or jar. Regardless of how courteous the staff was and how clean was the restaurant it deserves a 1 star because of the food quality. Not sure if there was a change in ownership but I would NOT suggest this place as your go to place for middle eastern/Mediterranean food.

Used to come get takeout all the time here, but tonight my bbq chicken was rock hard couldn’t even bite on it which I also waited for. Also beef platter was very dry and crusty. Disappointed

This was only our second experience eating Shawarma. This restaurant the staff was very pleasant and the food was absolutely delicious. The gentleman at the counter offered us a couple of samples, which really made us feel like he cared. We will be back again. Thank you for your service.

The food was so yummy. I ordered chicken shawarma and it was one of the best that I had from London. The staff members were really nice especially the guy who prepared the order. If you like shawarma, this is a good option.Recommended dishesChicken Shawarma

Portion size is amazing and so is the quality. Had the shawarma platter and absolutely loved it. Kudos to the team for being so helpful always!!

To be honest, I've only had a several tastes of shawarma. This was hands down best yet! I chose a wrap, as there was no way I could eat the full dish. Spice it up if you're adventurous! I'll be looking forward to another road trip to London Ontario, and a lunch here!

This place has the best quality. All the meats are finely aged, seasoned and cooked to perfection. The hummus which is included in their platter option as a side is also amazing.
