Staff try to push products you don't want or need onto you. I was offended by them trying to sell me a no no for my "thick" arm hair. You can barely see my arm hair, and I came in to buy silly bandz for my neighbour's daughter!

Really bad experience when taking back a Drone after Xmas. The very expensive warrenty that I had bought was practically useless, as I spent an hour arguing with the store assistant and district manager (via the phone), as they refused to replace the defective Drone. Very disappointing customer service experience; I do not recommend this store or company.
