I've had my computer chair (purchased used) for 2 years now and it is in impeccable condition. The arm did get damaged, and the lady I spoke with even offered to replace it if I brought it in. We went in to get my spouse a new computer chair and we got one that looks absolutely brand new with a metal base (as apposed to lower end/plastic base) for $75. That chair in stores is $800. Amazing quality, amazing price and amazing service.

Staff was not very helpful and dismissive and didn't want to really appreciate any kind of deal or help to find what I was looking for
