This was the best experience I have had shopping for hardwood and carpet. The staff were very helpful, I was looking for a carpet for a bedroom and hardwood in the living room and kitchen. After I checked 7 more carpet stores I realized that Mikes Carpet & Flooring has the best selection of in stock carpet and hardwood and the best price. Installation was perfect. I do not have one negative comment to make. Thank-you Mikes Carpet & Flooring

They installed engineered wood for my home and they did a fantastic job. The best customer services you will receive. They finished on schedule. They were very respectful of my home. The installers were excellent! And we got an awesome deal in the engineered wood. Thank you Mikes Flooring Team!

Excellent value and price compared to the competition, I did not expect such a beautiful finish. We enjoyed our time working with them at the showroom. Large selection to choose from. They also helped us match hardwood, carpet and tile Installation was perfect! Installers paid attention to detail. They were on time, respected our home and completed he job on time

I loved the whole experience we had with mikes Carpet and Flooring. We built a new house, and needed help with picking hardwood flooring, and carpet. The staff there is very helpful and friendly, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves every time we went. Their selection is great, and they work hard to find out your likes and dislikes so they can give you good ideas of things that will go with your preferences. I recommend anyone who wants guidance and a great experience head over to Mikes Carpet & Flooring. Great product, great people. Mike’s Carpet and Flooring installed carpet in our games room and within the year the carpet needed to be re-stretched. They came and re-stretched it under their one-year warranty. A year later the carpet once again buckled up and needed re-stretching. They refused to re-stretch it and suggested that it might be due to faulty carpet. An independent inspector was sent by the carpet company to inspect the carpet and found that the carpet was fine but it was NOT installed properly and the re-stretching was not done properly. Mike’s Carpet and Flooring refused to take responsibility for their mistake and fix it. They wanted us to pay $150. I must say I have other carpets in our house that have been here for over 25 years without any problem. Finally, we paid $210 to have the carpet re-stretched by another company that gave us a seven year warranty for their work. I would NOT recommend Mike’s Carpet and Flooring for their installation.
