The best appliance service center EVER. Not only are they professional, they are a compassionate company that puts the customer needs first. I bought a Wolf range from another store three years ago, which has constantly broken down. Shoreline has gone out of its way to fix all these issues and, at times, waved their labor costs because they understood these cost should not have been absorbed by the client.  They have worked with the Wolf manufacturer to ensure that even if a part is out of warranty, we didn't have to pay for it. What a company! 

If you have a choice in servicing your appliance, do not look anywhere but Shoreline.
