Good Company , Good products  , answering phones is a bit of a wait , but other than that a good place to buy .

Went to these guys looking to get some 3/4 black iron gas pipe to build a shelf I saw on pinterest. They were very helpful in helping me work out the right parts, quantities and lengths. It turned out great. They were very cool about me bringing back about 1/3 of what I bought as well because I had miss calculated the height of the shelf. I'll be dropping in here for my next project for sure.

One of the few plumbing supply places open on Saturdays, eventhough the hours are limited.

Not Recommending these guys to any plumbing gas fitting or heating companies. 
Terrible communication within the management and customers, poor customer service 
They don't even set up a voice mail for their customers in cases they are away. 

Terrible on refunding your money, and followups 
It is a mess in Bartle and Gibson , 
 
We are not going to give up until we get our money back
