Shoppers Drug Mart

I don’t normally complain about staff, problems are generally on managers. However, the checkout manager, the one with the scarf, is horrible. I’ve never had such rude and disrespectful service in a store. Constantly pushing people to go to self serve while she sits on a stool doing nothing. I’ve seen complaints here about her dating back for 5 years, so please don’t tell me my issue is important to you or that you care. I don’t know who she’s related to but clearly that relationship matters more than your customer relationships.

I have been a loyal customer of Shoppers Drug Mart for the past 15 years, but today I left the store more unsatisfied than ever. The level of healthcare knowledge displayed by the female pharmacist on duty was severely lacking. I've seen her before, and it seems the pharmacy staff consistently struggles to properly fill prescriptions in a timely manner.nnOver the past three days, we have visited the store twice, and each time this pharmacist was unable to assist us correctly. She struggled to identify compatible diabetes meters, test strips, and lancet products, and even presented us with three components that were not compatible with each other. She then offered to order the correct items, despite us already having gone through this process the previous week with another pharmacist. This other employee had assured us that the items were ordered and even called my husband to confirm their arrival on Monday. However, when we tried to pick them up on Thursday, no one knew anything about the order, nor could they match a simple diabetes kit together.nnIn conclusion, it is evident that the staff at this Shoppers Drug Mart lack the necessary education and competence in basic healthcare. As a result, I have switched my prescriptions to Rexall and will gladly never step foot in that Shoppers Drug Mart again.

Azza the pharmacist is sweet, caring and patient. I would recommend definitely recommend her, she’s knowledgeable and helped me out.

I rarely go to shoppers but my son needed some stuff, so I had some time to kill, the prices!!!!OMG What a rip off! Deodorant $8 and $9!, same as toothpaste, $8+ a tube!! The same stuff, like identical is $3 each at Costco! I’m not exaggerating! It’s literally 250-300% more at shoppers!! Sure you need to buy a pack of 4 or 5 but that stuff doesn’t expire, at least no where near before you would use it.nThen the self check out insert your optimum card, would you like to donate, how many bags do I want, how am I paying, what colour are my toes!nMy god!! Then the stupid machine doesn’t accept 3 of my tap attempts so I need to insert and enter my pin!!n***SHOPPERS HEAD OFFICE***nTIME FOR A COSTCO FIELD TRIP!nWhy can Costco make this so fast and simple?nWhen I’m done scanning at Costco I click the giant button that says “DONE” that’s it!!!! then I tap my card to pay and taps accepted up to $400 purchase Finished, done!!! I’ve done this at least 100 times with not a single issue ever!!
