I’ve used this location for the pharmacy and find myself increasingly frustrated after every visit. I don’t think I have had a single time that I haven’t had a delay with prescription p/u and have had to leave and make a second trip to the pharmacy. I have my medication on auto refill and have arrived to find it not ready or the staff have been unable to locate my prescription and have had to refill on the spot requiring a wait. Today, staff had trouble locating my prescription and then my new drug card for work had trouble processing. I was asked to come back later in the evening. I completely understand technology can get the better of us all but I left feeling frustrated that once again a simple errand has required a second trip

I had to switch pharmacies due to this pharmacy losing my prescription 2 different times. The staff is incredibly rude and when I called to speak with a pharmacist he told me I was not listening and spoke to me very rudely. After I explained to the pharmacist that I did indeed have a prescription there he just said ok and hung up on me. I wish I could give 0 stars. Good luck trying to get a hold of someone on the phone as you will be on hold for over 30 minutes. Save yourself some time and do not go here.

At the beginning I found very good service in this place, but with the time it is getting worse. Always a delay with the prescription, at 11 am they asked me to go back for the medicine after 40 minutes. I was there at 4 pm, the me dices wasn’t ready, and they make me wait for 45 minutes.

This Shoppers on Silvercreek is impossible to get by phone!!! I've been waiting an hour now, because it concerns my medication deliver. It's urgent I bget them BEFOTRE 9!!! Its 20 after now and still no meds!!! I am so angry! This is not acceptable!!!

Without fail, they've never had my prescription ready on time. Waiting 40 minutes to an hour waiting for them to fulfill it in the hopes I spend more money while waiting and wandering around. You've got some SHADY business practices there.

Worst shoppers EVER If I could raté low I  would!!!! U call they never answer and if they do the hang up before even saying hi..... when u go into the store staff is rude and disrespectful and super unhelpful!!!!!   I went to pick meds and they have troubles locating faxes from doctors service is under what is expected!!!! Soo disappointed by this shame on u shoppers on clair!

If I could give this location a zero, I would. The pharmacy is the absolute worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. They had to have over a dozen people working the pharmacy and It is pure chaos. I waited 45 minutes for a prescription that was filled the day before. For whatever reason the employee told me to wait 15 minutes. Mean while it was ready the whole time.

Been coming to this location for years now and have been here at least a million times and always had amazing costumer service up until tonight when I had to return an item that I recently purchased. The dark hair lady that’s working at the Cosmetic department was very short and unpleasant to be around. You can tell she had a bad day or something.

More expensive than any other pharmacy/store/grocery in guelph. The worst staff!not all but most are so rude & ignorant. I have never been treated so poorly and disrespected at any other business. And purposefully embarrassed me in front of a store full of people because one particular employee was having a bad day and bring her home problems into work I'm so disgusted I will never return to this particular shoppers probably all shoppers all together highly recommend going somewhere else.

This review is regarding the pharmacy only.  My first two experiences with picking up prescriptions here have been a headache.  My doctor put through two prescriptions at about noon on Monday telling me they’d be ready later that day. I arrive 7.5 hours later only to be told that not only are neither of them ready, but one of them won't be ready until the next day. On top of that, they couldn’t figure out how to put through my drug plan after being given all of the information needed to do so. Strange, given that I’ve been using it for 3 years at a different shoppers drug mart location….. Half an hour later they figure it out by calling the previous shoppers location and tell me that my other prescription will be ready the following day. I didn’t get to the pharmacy the next day, but on Wednesday I arrive to pick it up. Surprise! It wasn’t ready yet and still needed to be filled, which is what I was told two day ago.  Don’t go to this location for your prescriptions if you’re expecting organized and competent service.
