Jones' No Frills Drugstore & Pharmacy

Personally, I've only ever had positive experiences at this No Frills location as I'm always able to find lots of great deals and come away with a good haul for not nearly as much as I'd pay at Zehr's. That said, I will note that it isn't uncommon for items to be out of stock, which I've noticed most often in the meat section. Staff, for the most part, aren't overly personable, but I'm usually just there to grab a few things and get out so that doesn't bug me too much. The prices alone compared to everything else around here are enough to keep me coming back when I need some odds and ends.

Produce shelves were decimated. They don’t allow carts in the self checkout area. You should change that, not everyone wants their groceries thrown on a belt carelessly by a cashier. With only two grocery belts on each cash you’re under the gun to pack up your groceries quickly or you risk the cashier causing further damage to your goods by shoving them to the end of the belt.

Really terrible customer service. A child in front of us with a container of snacks was accused by the cashier of stealing the apple in the snack box when it was clearly from home. When the mom explained, he went on to bash people saying people love to steal apples and not pay for it … as if it’s coming out of his pocket or something. They also do grocery pick up service but despite saying it’s in cardboard boxes they actually instead make you buy bags once you’re there. Just generally unpleasant and terrible selection of products, not returning.

Pretty disappointing! I use the self checkout for a fast checkout - But you have to wait for the cashiers to bring you the grocery bags and the latter asks you to wait until she deals with all the people in her queue before giving you the bags - If that's case, I could have as well lined up and we could eliminate the self checkouts?

Very busy store, so sometimes it is not as easy to find a parking spot close by. Also, because of being so busy, lots of times it has missing items or the produce is not the greatest - to avoid the second, I would recommend going earlier the day, especially in the morning. Their prices are great though, while they carry many different items that other stores may not.

Usually I often go there but U believe this store got a problem of not honouring their sale price. This morning for instance I bought orange, blueberry and peanuts for a declared price of .99 for one lb, .99 and 2.99 respectively and I was charged the regular prices for each . This happens every time I go shopping at that store on Silvercreek but this time because I was in a rush I didn’t care to check the receipt till I came home. Please look at your receipt when you go there always !

8 self check outs for express under 16 items mostly empty. Majority of shoppers have full carts. Never enough cashiers open. Often poorly stocked. Guess it's time to check out the No Frills in the south end.

Been going here for near 15 years or more, if I didn't have a quarter for cart I got one inside, but today I went in asked register 1 to get a quarter and she snapped we dont give quarters and never will and she said have good day Nice too see ignorance is front and center with customers who pay her wages.

Was out of stock on sale items. Not alot of cashiers as we waited in line for 10 plus minutes for two items. Self checkout was very busy.

Things have changed a little. Cashier's are always happy and ready to help you. To bad there are one or two grumpy people still working there. Why would you work at a place that makes you so grumpy. I still like this store for it has such good prices on its goods. Sometimes if you're there at the right time you can get unbelievable items marked way down. This store is always very clean and organized.
