Guelph Medical Place Pharmacy

No matter what I need they are always on my side. If I need to ask a question (or many) they are always patient with me. they will contact my Dr on my behalf if I need a refill or if there is a change with my medications. They are very knowledgeable and are very supportive. I will go out of my way to use this pharmacy and this team! They are second to none and the free parking is an awesome perk as well!!

I go out of my way to use this pharmacy (my doctor is not located here). We have used this pharmacy for years. The pharmacy team is always pleasant and will go out of their way to please and educate the consumer regarding use of prescribed medications. Would recommend them to anyone.

Terrible experience filling my prescription there! They didn't have the medication in stock, so they ordered it. Once it came in they automatically sent it out by delivery without notice. The driver kept coming by my house without warning when I was not home. I went back to pick-up the prescription from the pharmacy but now they were out of stock again. Then, it was the same situation with the delivery. They would show up without letting me know the medication is in or the driver was their way. I am rarely home so I would miss it and have to go back into the store to find out that they are out of stock again! This repeated 4 times!! Even after specifically requested no delivery! I was never able to meet-up with the delivery driver and got the script transferred to a place that was able to fill it no problem.
