Shoppers Drug Mart

I'm a repeat customer. I'm there two or three times every month for the past couple of years. They have TERRIBLE customer service. They laughed and made my father feel uncomfortable when he needed an anemia treatment, as he had his prostate cancer exam the next day. They have no remorse when they FORGET TO FILL YOUR LIFE SAVING PRESCRIPTION. The delivery service for your meds is unreliable and not safe to use. When you ask the female pharmacist questions, it's like she takes personal offense if you've done your own research!! She asked me if I spend all day on Google....I'm trying to manage my life and I'm being laughed at for it. I'm moving my file to another Pharmacy. They can laugh all the way to the unemployment line, which is where they are headed. DON'T USE THIS LOCATION!

Is there were any negative rating I would have given this location. I went there with printed coupon for herbal essence shampoo.. at the time of checkout the representative mention they don't accept coupon.. I was having manufacturers coupon valid in canada before the expiry date.. I don't know why he said they won't accept it.. Terrible customer service and so rude.. If they have given me satisfied reply I would thought of giving any ratings.. But on the same day i went to another location at Brampton and without any question they accepted it.. But the main thing is they don't care for there customers.. If one goes another will come thats the attitude nowadays. If you have coupon it means you have taken there money and giving them back..

Nothing different about this shoppers drug Mart from the rest. I usually go here to use the post office that's inside. Note that the line for the post office is always longer than the line for the shoppers drug Mart check out. Fairly decent selection of items but this is one of the small shoppers drug marts so that's to be expected.

the cashier as well a pharmacy staff are awesome. Canada post is a different story. the customer service at Canada post is terrible. The employees are impatient and almost always rude.

Sometimes you get good deals, mostly go for Canada post, Flue shot available...
