I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service at this location. I’ve been trying to call the store for hours, but no one bothers to pick up the phone. It’s frustrating when you’re trying to get assistance, and you can’t even get through to speak with someone.nnAs a loyal customer, I expect better communication and professionalism. If staff are too busy to answer calls, perhaps they should reconsider their priorities or hire additional help. This level of service is unacceptable and makes me think twice about shopping here in the future.

December 2024 review: JOKER prepaid visa card. Do not buy this at Shopper's! Or anywhere.They are scam business company that should not make business with Shopper's at all. Please stop selling this scammed merchant to your customers.nI bought this card for $50, activated the card as instructed in the package it came with andnSTILL, I couldn't use it for inline shopping. I called the help number, and all I got was an automated response. Can you please review or use their product and see if its legit before selling it to people who go to your place? This is so unfair.nPharmacy Review: My doctor sent them my prescriptions since they were close to my house. The prescriptions were sent in the morning, and I went there in the evening to pick up but was told it was not ready and to come back the next day. Please stop using the pandemic as the reason for processing medicine delays. Pre-pandemic they were slow too.

It was a very bad experience for me there. I had made a monthly adult pass and I just moved here to ajax. I thought the monthly adult card was valid on the Go train, but unfortunately it wasn't and I talked to the employees about it. I asked if we could return it or what else we could do. They said they couldn't do anything. I said $120 was wasted. and they acted a little rudely, frankly, except for one person.

Good pharmacy. Staff is very professional and polite, even though wait time seems to be too long. Fortunately, staff noticed that I have an allergic reaction to certain drug, hence it would be dangerous for me to take some prescribed medication, so they contacted my doctor and gave me another drug. I'm not young, so it's hard for me to understand prescription and directions, but pharmacist was patient and explained everything well. Will definitely come back!

Was just in the store waiting for. My prescription when the blond lady that works in the morning time ask me what I wanted but if I needed any help I said no no thank you and I continue to wait there on my phone as I waited for my prescription she looks at me all suspicious like I'm stealing something like how she does every time I walk into the store. She then called for a security sweep in the store all of a sudden I have this little girl following me all around the store as she as the blonde lady watched me from the aisle as she did her work. This constitute as harassment and uncalled for what made her suspicious that I was stealing something because in order to have suspicion of theft you have to have five things in place not just standing in an aisle on the phone. This is an issue needs to be looked after
