Shoppers Drug Mart

The pharmacy has terrible customer service. I unfortunately had to deal with shoppers pharmacy today as my regular pharmacy Citrus was closed. I called shoppers and I was put on hold for 25 minutes and forgotten about. When i finally was able to speak to someone they had no idea how to help me get my prescription I was asked to give my name and number and the pharmacist would call me back. They never did. Clearly they don’t care and were just looking to get me off the phone. This has been my experience with any shoppers pharmacy for years. Terrible customer service.

I needed to see the pharmacist very early this morning based on a situation that arose in the middle of the night for myself. I had a brief telephone conversation with Mary Jane and with her advice, came in to have a further consultation. I have to say that she was very attentive and dealt with the situation respectfully and efficiently. I was extremely grateful for having had someone to look after me at that time of the morning. I was in and out quickly with a prescription that was needed.

I had very briefly used the six points shoppers pharmacy 8 years ago, switched to another pharmacy due horrible service. Decided to try the pharmacy again yesterday, given my own pharmacy was closed. Very regretful. While they were quick to process my script, I got charged additional fees which wasn't explained to me 4.99 for each medication. When asked if this was the dispensing fee, the pharmacy worker, said it wasn't dispensing fees, instead a deductible from my insurance provider. I explained to her I have 100 percent coverage so that doesn't make sense. She didn't even bother to explain and kept scanning. At least pause and look into the issue before unnecessarily charging people. Smaller business pharmacies are better options than these large chain places.

We have a quick question to ask but pharmacists ignore us while having fun chats between staff. They looked at us and then looked away pretending nothing happened. Don’t even bother telling us to wait a second. These staff needs to be managed better

The worst pharmacy I've used. There is always a line, most likely do to miss management or under staffing. On top of that, there is almost always an issue with my prescription, resulting in time wasted either waiting for them to fix it or coming back later once they've fixed their mistake. Would recommend another pharmacy.
