Shoppers Drug Mart

One of the worst pharmacy probably in entire GTA . They tell people to wait for half an hour and later make them wait for an hour. NO SIGNS OF ANY APOLOGETIC BHEVAHIOUR. For wasting customers time. 10 + staff members in pharmacy. Completely useless.

I work until after midnight and I get regular medication there. The pharmacy staff are for the most part pretty good with the exception of one of my usual late-night pharmacists who is about as pleasant as a pharmacist can be. I wish more pharmacists had her people skills. It is also my go-to spot for last minute groceries as it is one of only two options of 24-hour stops that I can get my supplies at in the West End. Unfortunately there is the odd vagrant outside but this is Toronto so that's nothing new

Worst shopping experience and customer service here, I wish I were able to give 0 if the rating score allows. I bought some items a few days ago on Boxing Day which I found I don't actually need afterwards. So I brought the 2 items all unused in original package back asking for return or store credit if possible. I was told by Cashier that all seasonal stuff on sale on Boxing Day was Final Sale. I asked why there was no any signage saying the items were final sale in the store on Boxing day. They just keep saying it's Shoppers' policy that seasonal stuff on boxing day are final sale. I asked to talk to the manager, a person called Jane was sent out just repeating whatever the cashier said. I bought the items without being informed at all that the items were Final sale, was it even legal to sell merchandise as Final Sale without marking items as Final sale upfront so the customers can make informed decision at the time of purchase? I am wondering if somebody else who bought exactly the same items before Boxing day, will Shoppers honor the return? I asked to get store credit if strict return is not possible, and I was told the items cannot be put back to the system. My question again, if the same items with same product bar code were bought before Boxing Days and still within Return window, will they say the same thing? It's such a joke and lie to fool people.

This pharmacy is even worse since new management took over months ago. There are never enough staff working, which causes long line ups. Need a prescription in a hurry? No such thing! Two day minimum wait. I’m currently on hold to ask the pharmacist a question about medication- been on hold for 40 min and counting. This is a common occurrence. It’s absolutely ridiculous that not one person can answer the phone for a question. No one even comes on the phone to tell me how much longer, the phone keeps ringing back and I just continue to be put on hold. It really is unacceptable.

I really like the costume service of this store. Kamps deal with us extremely well. I visited other shoppers store too and people were very rude but here the girl Kamps was too nice and willing to help us. Five star to the customer service experience.
