I really like the layout and the atmosphere of this shoppers. The store is clean, well-lit, has wide aisles and is very spacious with many products. The person who works in the beauty section is really friendly and helpful. I'd recommend this location for shopping.nnThe pharmacy, on the other hand, is extraordinarily disorganized and frustrating to deal with. I booked an appointment for a vaccine here, and I had to wait around 40 minutes to be seen. There was not a single person ahead of me waiting! They also did not keep track of customers' appointment times. So you have to be overly assertive so you don't get skipped, and someone who came after you buts in front of you. Then the pharmacist seemed confused about what vaccine I was there for. Even though it was written down on the forms I had just filled out and must have been in their system because I pre-booked the appointment.

Naomi, the Cosmetics Manager at Shoppers Drug Mart, is fantastic! I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with her a few times, and every experience has been excellent. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and always goes the extra mile to ensure I find the perfect products. Naomi’s friendly and professional approach makes her an absolute joy to deal with. Convenient hours but unreliable prescription service. I was thrilled that they were open late on a Friday as i had to fill a prescription for a serious eye infection. However, after telling me to wait for the prescription, which was a standard stock item when I went to pick it up I was told it was out of stock and would not be in stock until Monday. I asked if they had a replenishment system for items normally in stock and in demand like antibiotics. I was advised that there system allows medications to run out and not be restocked until days later. Not reliable or acceptable for critical prescription meds.

Had a fantastic experience with employee Naomi in the cosmetics department. She gave me some great recommendations for my skin and helped me identify what was going on with it.nShe was so lovely and personable. I’ll definitely be coming back to see her in the future.

Literally the slowest, most unorganized shoppers I’ve ever been to. They tell you something is ready then when you come to pick it up they say it will be an hour wait. When you go to pay the printer stops working and they can’t print a label. They need new pharmacists and some training. Or they are understaffed and overworked. It’s gross and not helpful. I’d rather drive across the city to where I used to live to pick up medication.
