Shoppers Drug Mart

I asked a fairly simple question of the pharmacist woman with long dyed blonde hair and glasses, and she refused to even look up from her computer to address me. I tried to politely insist on getting some help with products on the shelf, she refused me. Very poor customer service. Zero humanism. Go anywhere else if you need help at the counter or advice.

When I asked the supervisor or manager, I am not sure exactly who I was speaking to, as there were three of them. Whether it is acceptable for another customer to assume you are a thief and for Security to immediately show up and stand behind you after they were called for, I was told, “That never happened, Security was never called, and it was all just a coincidence.”nnI was also informed that Spotify pages for security regularly throughout the day at all Shoppers Drug Martnlocations.nnThis Shoppers Drug Mart location is right across from where I live, and it is not the first time I have noticed being watched by Loss Prevention staff right next to me.nnIf you can help by educating me on how to avoid being perceived as suspicious or a potential thief, I would truly appreciate it. I am more than willing to adjust my behavior or demeanor when entering other locations to prevent situations like this from happening.

Joann Jojo at that location is amazing. She is extremely helpful and pleasant. An extra ordinary person.

No staff at checkout had to wait to pay for my things only self checkout available was not around need to call out to get Assistance
