Amazing service by Sam in the pharmacy. Unbelievable she provided exceptional care for myself when I came in with a sprained ankle. I don't ever recall he meeting with such an exceptional compassionate person for that reason I am becoming a Shoppers Drug Mart customer again. Her service should be recognized by this highest levels of staff within Shoppers Drug Mart because people like this make the difference between customers and not customers. I'm happy that I had the opportunity to meet Sam and I wish her continued success on her employment with Shoppers Drug Mart pharmacy. My direct message to you is thank you so much for your compassion it meant the world to me in that moment where I was in a tremendous amount of pain thank you very much.

One of the female pharmacists is always friendly and helpful, she’s wonderful! Unfortunately several other staff including pharmacists and techs have been unfriendly, told me they were too busy to call me, didn’t fill prescriptions the doctor faxed over so I had to make 2 trips, they’ve been rude and impatient. I’ve been getting prescriptions there monthly and get excellent service from that one female pharmacist and a tech but if they aren’t working it’s a totally different experience!

Another excellent visit two days running to the Shoppers Cosmetic Dept in consultation with the beautiful kind and charming Kara helping me to choose the right red lipstick etc..the friendly security guard welcoming me in and as always yesterday at the Post Office Aftab was his usual kind and helpful self with posting internationally to Namibia!! way too expensive but that is how Canada Post is.. He even showed me the coins for 2024 being sold at Shoppers Canada Post. Big shout out for all at this Shoppers that serve us well in the Cromdale area- just the right size for quick picks ups with plenty of parking!nnThis is the go to Shoppers Drug Mart in walking distance and the excellent service at the Canada Post Office in this location encourages me to shop at the cosmetic dept and picking up any bargains of the day/week. Aftab at the Post Office is very kind and goes out of his way to help with putting packages together for posting overseas - always serving with a smile and a big shout out to him for the customer service he provides; The pharmacy dept is also excellent and Samin the pharmacist gave excellent advice for bunions; Kat and Kara are knowledgeable about cosmetics and skin care for aging skin and provide assistance as required - senior discounts on Thursdays! Darrel the assistant manager is always very helpful as today when Mark could not price an item I purchased. Theft is an issue and the security guard is in attendance to ensure safety for staff and customers. The store is clean and well stocked and will continue to be my go to store for Shoppers Drug Mart and Canada Post.

Went to the post office with a complicated parcel and Rafia really went the extra mile to help us out. She did it with a smile, a solution-driven attitude while juggling other customers. When do you ever go to the post office in a pharmacy feeling like you must sing the praises of whoever helped you out?! That’s just how fantastic this feels. I sure hope anyone managing Rafia is taking great care of her as she does clients.

Drop off prescription to be filled. Staff said will be ready in 30-40 minutes. Proceeded to get other items from store, waiting for prescription. After approximately 45 minutes, still not ready and the pharmacist goes on break, so have to wait an additional 30+ minutes. No accountability from staff, they don't give a shit for lying to customers. I understand that people are allowed their breaks, not upset with pharmacist, it is the untrained assistant staff that just don't care. If it wasn't that I need my medication, I would go somewhere else.
