Photo department provides me with so many memories, love & comfort. There work adorns one wall for each of my 3 children and grandchildren. Each day on my way out each day, the last sight is of my 3 beautiful grandchildren

I Had the extreme pleasure of dealing with Ben the manager and Max the assistant manager and paige in the film and development department Ben and Max are amazing. I dealt with them on multiple occasions and each time it was a fantastic experience. Your personal satisfaction is their top priority, along with keeping the integrity of the store in high standards. Paige In the film department is amazing went above and beyond for my personal satisfaction. If I could give you all 20 stars, I would. Thank you for your kindness and your humanity. You are absolutely awesome people! kindest regards.

This used to be a five star review, but something that happened to me tonight compelled me to replace it with a one star review because of how I was treated.nnI was at the counter trying to purchase a lotto ticket and some Zevia, and the cashier who was working the till kept cajoling me to provide my telephone number rather than to show my LD Extras card. His tone with me became increasingly more sarcastic and catty as he repeatedly asked me for my phone number.nnI shouldn't have to explain myself to him, nor to explain myself publicly in a review, but I chose to produce my LD Extras card since I prefer not to vocalize my phone number in public. It's just that simple. That's my choice to make, and not his. Moreover, it takes very little time to load the LD Extras card, so I am still not sure what his problem was is. I don't understand how he has the moral authority to make that decision on my behalf, and I think that it is presumptive and arrogant of him to even try to assert that authority.nnHe really showed his true character, because when he was challenged about why he chose to do that, he denied doing what he did. So, it is fair to say that not only is he rude and impertinent, he is also dishonest.nnIt's also materially important to note that the manager on duty chose to do nothing until I raised my voice after he lied to everyone about what happened. It's still not clear to me why she refused to take a stronger stance towards his maladaptive behavior, but perhaps that speaks to greater leadership concerns at this location.nnWhen you come to this location, prepare to give your phone number, or prepare to be scorned...

Impossible to shop in the beauty section in peace, you will be monitored and followed relentlessly. Maybe they should put the expensive beauty items behind glass so that people can browse at items without feeling the heat. I left, bought the same item at Walmart, and didn’t have to deal with this.

I came to London Drugs for a specific items. I could not find it on the shelf. Brooklyn went out of her way and beyond to find me the items. She even got help from others to rip into a pallet, and found what I came for. AMAZING customer service. Brooklyn deserves a major pat on the back and a raise : You just don't find someone like her anymore. I was very impressed and extremely grateful. I will come back to your store because of her.
