I was there a few days ago getting a retake of my sons passport photos that had gotten rejected at Service Canada. The photographer that helped us gave phenomenal customer service. She was was extremely patient with my autistic son who was very shy in the front of the camera. This time we got the perfect neutral facial expression. The staff had a pixie hair cut and glasses, I didn't catch her name but wanted to say thank you for the great experience!! I will be coming back to print some family photos for our home shelves.

Went in looking for an item that had 1 left in stock, fully expecting an inventory correction.nCarrie the Manager really showed up for me, searching the front and back, around the store. There were some in the South Edmonton Common Store, and she spoke with Anna, their manager, and coordinated a drop off.nnThis is unheard of anywhere else at a big box store, especially right before Christmas. Thank you so much and I would recommend not only store 21 and 57, but any London drugs for their customer experience focus and unique selections.

Customer service gal working today was so splendid. Engaged in conversation beyond the mundane, put a product in my hands to purchase I didn’t know they had, but wanted. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Big ups to the blonde service expert!

December 20, 2021. My wife and I return here every so often and enjoy shopping here. There is a great variety of household products and goods and usually find what we are looking for. Parking can be an issue when it’s busy.nnIts got everyday essentials for everyday needs. Not much missing from this store. No groceries or cars but pretty much anything else. TV’s, computers, cameras, kitchen appliances, prescription drugs, cosmetics personal products and much more is here. It’s clean and well lit. The staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable.

London Drugs is awesome. Has so many different things, is priced competitively cheaper than Shoppers, and I've always had great customer service. I don't understand why it doesn't have a 4-5star average rating?
