Shoppers Drug Mart

For what I use Shoppers for, this is my preferred location, I have lived in the area and been coming here for many years. The store is well laid out, bright and clean, and they usually always have what I need. The staff and management that I have encountered in the store and at the post office over the years have always been very friendly and helpful. I do not use the pharmacy in this location for prescriptions so I do not have any experience in that area.

Today upon entering this Shoppers for a passport photo for a baby, I politely asked Brittany if someone was available to take the photo, and she was nothing but rude, unpleasant, and angry with the fact that a baby needed a passport photo. Without even attempting it, she got the store manager, Kris to do it. Kris was extremely patient and kind to us despite photographing a baby being difficult. Thank you again Kris for your excellent service.

Witnessed a customer wanting to get her passport picture done - the older white hair lady who works there grabbed the camera looked at her and told her NO YOU CANT GET YOUR PICTURE TAKEN BECAUSE YOU HAVE MAKEUP ON AND IT BLURS THE REAL YOU AND THAT MEANS THE PICTURE WONT REALLY LOOK LIKE YOU. The girl left - the worker then told the other lady who also worked there “ WHO WEARS MAKEUP AT 6 AM TO GET ON A PLANE SHE WONT EVEN LOOK LIKE HER PASSPORT PICTURE” which the other worker agreed…nHORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I seen the girl outside and I told her to go to the other shoppers

Recently purchased a product that was defective. Kris did a great job of listening to me and making the situation right. He restored my faith in good customer service, will definitely be back.

February 11n8:00 pmnThe lady at the pharmacy was busy trying flirting with the coworker and making plans to get action for the night. I approached her with a prescription and was treated like a pest looking for food. Her body language immediately turned hostile and aggressive.I am glad that she reminded me of my minority status in this country . When asked for recommendations or guidance she flatly declined to help and was really swift to dismiss any attempts at continuing conversation.Not the typical guy looks for sympathy but would appreciate basic human mannerism/s especially in a professional setting. Really hope she achieved what she set out to ,specially in terms of visible flirtatious moves and chit chat with her coworkers. Oh btw, I did manage to get the medications prescribed! Had to mention it because the staff was so concerned.
