A big thanks to Tina and Cynthia for their amazing help when I dropped off my prescription. They made everything easy and took the time to explain my medication clearly. I really appreciated their kindness and support!

These people have always been WONDERFUL, to work with. I only get one prescription, but they always have the next set ready and waiting. If I almost run out they work with me to get something until I can get in to see my doctor. There is a prescribing pharmacist here. : I've never had any issue and it's such a relief.

Pharmacy staff are very professional and well trained. Efficient and friendly service always. I will drive across town just to keep my business with them because of their outstanding service.

Shoppers Drug Mart is convenient and well designed. What I mean about being well designed is that it’s easy to get around and pleasing to the eyes. I find that its a little pricey but if you pay attention to the sales and you should have the PC Optimum card for the 20x points on Saturdays and other bonus products you can add up the points fast and get a great rewards you can spend at Shoppers or any other Loblaws store like Superstore. I will continue to come here as I like what Shoppers has.

Worst pharmacy in the city. Always huge lineups and understaffed. It’s even worse since the Reno’s and there is only one line up for prescription pick up and drop off. Every time I end up in one of their crazy line ups I hear others complaining. Yesterday, I waited 20 minutes to drop off my prescription. Ridiculous. Also, you can never get through the phone lines. So forget even trying to call. Chad the owner, needs to hire more staff and stop thinking about just profits. I feel bad for the staff there. They are definitely overworked. I’m looking forward to more pharmacies opening up in the area.
