The best pharmacy I’ve ever used.nI have endometriosis and other medical conditions and I’ve always received help for what I need. Never felt judged and they always listen to me! As a woman sometimes we are overlooked and judged for medical issues. But here I feel safe and well taken care of

This pharmacy needs to do some major customer service training with their staff. Both on the phone and in-person some of the staff members are rude and abrasive. I moved into the area about a year and a half ago and move my perscriptions to this Shoppers for my son and myself, but am considering moving to another pharmacy in the area so we do not have to deal with the rudeness. On another note, the waits are often long. I was there recently and watched as 3 staff members were talking and totally ignored the customer waiting at the counter. I do not recommend this location.

This is the second time this has happened to me.nThere is a lady of Asian ethnicity who works at the front and she has treated me as if I was going to steal when my card didn’t go through the first time when tapping it on the machine. I go to tap my card it says declined and so I go to figure out my banking on my card or try to insert it and both times she goes “it didn’t go through” and proceeds to try and grab my item that I’m trying to buy or take over the situation . Then when I told her I know it didn’t go through I’m just moving money over / insert my card she proceeds to sit there behind me arms crossed and watch me repeating that it didn’t go through and I have to pay. I told her this time around I don’t appreciate her treating me like a thief the minute the tap doesn’t work. It’s super uncomfortable and rude . Just because my tap on my card has issues that makes me a thief or look like I’m trying to steal? I don’t appreciate her foul judgement of people.

Amazing staff and pharmacy clinic! Got me in and out with a strep test and medication in under an hour with an appointment booked easily online. Saved me 4 hours in a medi centre. Thank you!

Shoppers Drug Mart is convenient and well designed. What I mean about being well designed is that it’s easy to get around and pleasing to the eyes. I find that its a little pricey but if you pay attention to the sales and you should have the PC Optimum card for the 20x points on Saturdays and other bonus products you can add up the points fast and get a great rewards you can spend at Shoppers or any other Loblaws store like Superstore. I will continue to come here as I like what Shoppers has.
