Shoppers Drug Mart

I just want to leave a review for shoppers drug Mart Caledonia location. Today I had some issues with my insurance company, but all three pharmacists that I dealt with today were very patient and kind and went above and beyond to help me. Thank you so much for your patience and kindness. I appreciate it so much. I had top-notch customer service from the pharmacist team today. I wish I got everybody’s names, but I’m terrible with names to begin with. I just wanted to pop on here and leave a five star rating because today I was reminded of Patience.

Came at 11:50 to grab a drink and they closed all the shutters. Continued to lock the door early. If your hours say until 12am, then keep it that way! What about my right to a cold beverage!

The pharmacy has refused to give me my children medication twice now. I even have shown Jaguar the owner my court papers and was assured there would be no future problems picking up my kids medicine and then this week again I was refuse the medication and they even called my ex to come and pick them up while I was there. I will never shop in that store again if that is how they treat their customers

Twice this pharmacy has contacted our former physician to refill my wife's heart medication after a month ago she let them know she has a new doctor and provided all the particulars.nThis irresponsible group still has not provided my wife with the medication she requires.nI would suggest if you are from Caledonia you may want to go somewhere where they have your best interest at heart and listen to their clients.

Every one was very helpful and friendly just wish the stuff in the flyers was marked on the products prices were completely different on everything we bought on 2 separate occasions
