Binbrook Pharmacy

I went in for my Covid vaccination today and was very impressed with the efficiency of the process set up at Binbrook Pharmacy. Everyone that I dealt with through the entire process was friendly and professional. My appointment was on time and quick. Being a small local pharmacy, there was not a huge line of people waiting. This is definitely a better process than mass vaccine clinics. Five stars - Highly Recommended!

Went in for a COVID vaccination today. The staff are all very pleasant and efficient. They had a process in place and executed it with confidence and professionalism. My appointment was right on time and the only sad part was that I didn't get a free lollipop after the needle. We need these smaller independents to step up in order for this vaccination strategy to work, and these guys did it really well. See you in 4 months !!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience today. We were fortunate enough to get our first dose of the covid vaccine at the Binbrook Pharmacy. Everything went extremely smooth, and the staff and pharmacist were amazing people. Thank you to you all.

Two weeks ago, I emailed Binbrook Pharmacy asking when the flu vaccine would be available and how to make an appointment. Last night I received a response from Sami Mikhaeil, the pharmacist, letting me know the flu vaccine would be available today, October 12 from 10-5, no appointment necessary. My husband and I, both seniors, went in today, completed the necessary paperwork, got our shots and printed documentation. Easy peasy. Took no time at all. A big thank you to Sami and her staff. Just was wondering why I’m being told to visit my local pharmacy where I received my first shot of Astra Zeneca to receive my second shot of the same but no one in Hamilton area is vaccinating with Astra Zeneca??? I do NOT wish to mix vaccines. Very frustrating!!! The people at Binbrook pharmacy have been great and I’m sure that they are feeling the frustration from their clients regarding this issue. Thanks

1st time there. Booked vaccine with my wife. Organized and not over booked. Done just right for the vaccine. Pharmacist was joking and easy. Everyone was pleasant. Highly recommend

Had 1st vaccine here went well. They gave me a card with my 2nd appt booked June 22nd 3:15pm. I called to confirm on 19th only to be told my appt had been canceled. I should have recieved phone call or email. I wasn't notified by either they have all my info. not in spam or junk mail no voice-mail message! This is my regular pharmacy. My appt wasn't rescheduled. I asked if she would rebook I was told no I would have to go through website. I couldn't even be put on the wait list. I have been trying for a week now on gov't site to no avail. How is this right I thought I had been proactive 2nd appt booked now I am left scrambling to rebook. Very disappointed by their negligence and lack of concern over this important 2nd dose. I certainly hope there aren't older people left in this position by Binbrook Pharmacy.

Just had my first Covid vaccine from the Binbrook Pharmacy, staff was so nice and very helpful! Great atmosphere for sure!

My husband and I went on for our civic vaccinations. The staff made things so easy. They were kind, efficient, and knowledgeable... First rate!
