I visited the store today expecting to exchange slippers that we're a gift from my son-in-law. The friendly salesperson strongly advised I keep the size which felt a bit small. She said, based on her own experience, they would stretch. She also said she would happily exchange them. I am happy I followed her advice. Wore the slippers this afternoon, already stretching to a comfortable fit & they are toasty warm. Will be visiting the store when I return to Montreal.
