I'm a really disappointed customer who spent a lot of money on a Nobis coat thinking she was investing in something good.Turns out to be wrong. It was actually the worst investment ever. After only three winters wearing the coat ( I bought it on March 2014 but started wearing it on November 2014 ) seams gave out. When I went to the store ( Bubble in Montreal Qc ), they told me that they could not do anything about it. I spent almost $800 on that coat. The Nobis company asked me $60 to repair the damage. The lady in the store would keep saying that Nobis coats are very good ones and that mine is an exception as if that was supposed to make me fell better. I don’t even feel like fixing the coat. what if it breaks somewhere  else next winter (since my coat is an exception and is not as good as the other ones ) ? $800 on a coat that lasted 3 years! Hope no one else will make the same mistake.

2 years buying stuff at this place, going every time with my dog. Today I was about to pay a pair of shoes and got kicked out of the place because of my dog. It's terrible when stores do not keep clientele and do not even consider clients that have been buying for several years. Good job

Update: I have been contacted by Boutique Bubbles, who have told me that they will contact Matt & Nat, and that I will be able to choose a different bag online, or if Matt & Nat do not approve this, I will be allowed to choose a different bag from the in-store stock when my replacement bag comes in. I have changed my rating from 1 to 3 stars, and will update again when this is resolved. Original review: Avoid making purchases here at all costs. I bought a Matt & Nat bag here, and it broke within a week. The store simply does not accept returns at all. They told me the 30 day return policy applies to online purchases only, which is honestly completely ridiculous. I am uncomfortable receiving the same bag under the Matt and Nat warranty, because I carry my laptop in it (Microsoft surface pro, not heavy or anything), and the bag went crashing to the ground out of nowhere when all i was carrying was my wallet and a water bottle. I do not want to risk carrying my laptop in a bag that will do that. The store could easily just keep the new bag that arrives on warranty and refund me the purchase price, but they have refused to do so, citing that they do not do any returns or exchanges. I can't understand why they would refuse to do this when it costs them nothing. They would be receiving a brand new bag from the manufacturer. They offered to ask the company if I could have credit for a different bag instead, but told me it was unlikely. They told me they would call me back with information on this by yesterday at the latest, and I still haven't heard from them. I am just in disbelief at how awful they have been. Please save yourself a hassle and buy your products from a store that stands behind the products they sell.
