Shimiaodao Yunnan Rice Noodle

I ate here the past two days in a row. This place is awesome! You order by scanning a QR code at the table. It’s reasonably priced at $12.50-$15.00 on average for a noodle dish. Ingredients are fresh and it’s a fun experience to put them in the sizzling hot bowl. The restaurant is tasteful decorated and always very clean. Staff are quick and friendly. No fluff, just good food and good service. My favourite is the tomato beef flank noodle soup. Overall: Delicious food, great atmosphere, and quick customer service. 10/10 will eat here again.

I love the Szechuan Pepper Fish rice noodle soup! Big portion of food is too much for me. Noodle is unlimited refillable. The environment is bright and clean! Parking is convenient too behind the building. Definitely my go to place for soup noodle!

$14 for hotpot noodles was fair considering you get free unlimited noodles. I ordered the mala spicy beef noodles and the broth was really tasty. Unfortunately, they only gave 4 pieces of meat and service could have been better.

Food is ordered through an app, comes out hot and fresh. Good flavour. Some dishes have the noodles and meat in the bowl while some are outside and you add it in yourself.Food: 5/5

Nice decor inside. The bowls shapes funny. The tomato soup has no fresh tomatoes, and you can taste the ketchup and preservatives in canned tomatoes. Their soup bases are all very very salty. The portion is decent, and the chicken bowl has a thigh and leg in the soup that tastes good but too big to eat from the bowl directly. You can ask for utensils to cut it up and try separate the meat from the bones but don’t even have plates that are big enough for the chicken leg to fit onto for cutting. The way they refill your water is definitely high risk of cross contamination. They don’t even have jugs to bring to the table. The service is not that good. The waitress is always mumbling and it is extremely hard to understand anything she is saying.

Ordered delivery and tried Szechuan Pepper Fish rice noodle soup and Chinese style sauerkraut fish noodle soup. Soup and noodles were packed separated. Soup was still warm. Price decent and the portion is good. The soup is rich flavor and quite spicy. The soup and the fish are too salty for me.

If you like rice noodle soup, you should try it, especially in winter time. They serve the noodle soup in a very hot stone bowl. It tastes extremely good when the weather is cold.Recommended dishesNoodle Soup

Authentic ingredients - everything was hot and fresh - brisk takeout business. Kim Chi soup was delicious, just the right spice level and lots of flavour. Enjoy!

FANTASTIC, the Szechuan pepper fish rice noodle soup is awesome I have ever had in Edmonton as the soup is extremely flavourful and decently priced for the portion size. Their staff is also very nice, especially Lucia.
