First thing is the price, I think their price is very reasonable for the atmosphere, service and food options. You scan the QR code from the table and order through that, waiters/ waitresses will bring food and drink to your table. It's good if you already know what you want, or for some cases, don't want to socialize and just need to find food and enjoy your time. But sometimes it could be hard to make a decision if you don't know the place/ dishes, you may need to ask for some suggestions from the employees there. In terms of service, it's fast, clean, friendly. In terms of food, I like "Crossing the bridge" style, they have a great selection, so I may need to come back to try more such as the beef brisket/ fish noodles/ rice dishes. We got the tomato soup and original soup today. The tomato soup has a taste that reminds me of spaghetti, which is interesting for Chinese noodle soup. The Original soup was truly original, if you like something simple, you may like it, it's healthy, no MSG which is a great point, but if you like more spices, or have been used to ramen noodle soup, you may think it's a bit bland. I would say I had expected the broth to be better. The non-crossing the bridge noodles should have better presentation if possible if they would like to level up the restaurant standards. They are having a great deal that you spend $40, you get $20 vouchers, $60 spend with $30 vouchers...by end of year, so hurry up if you want to save $$$ enjoying restaurant food. They also have a membership for $20, you get 10% off all dishes for a lifetime plus free noodles on your birthday. This sounds like a very sweet deal!

Great price for a tasty and filling meal. The rice noodle soup is definitely a must try for a first visit! The coconut curry soup base was delicious and not too rich; I liked that it wasn't greasy. It's also fun to add all the different toppings into the boiling pot of soup. The pulled noodles in our other dish had a nice texture and the mild spice was a great kick, but the spice did overpower the taste of the noodles. Thankfully the chicken held onto the flavour well.

Very great tasting broths with generous unlimited noodles. I like eating a lot so it is impossible for me to find a spot where I can get full, but also for a reasonable price. It's normally one or the other for a fat kid like me, but not here. Unique ordering system too, great for introverts like me, give me my food and leave. 5/5Food: 5/5

This place is an absolute must for those who want some good rice noodle soups. They also make some great fried noodles. The meals taste great and the portion sizes are very generous. On our visit we had the braised beef and chicken rice noodle bowls and they were fantastic. The Chinese saurekrant fish soup was also very good. I also had the chance to try the duck blood chili rice noodle soup don't judge and it was also brimming with flavor despite the spice level. The order method is also rare to see in Edmonton. Like other places, the menu is a QR code you scan, but it includes your table number so you can order online, submit, and then food shows up. It definitely speeds up service in exchange for a less personable interaction. To each their own on this one. I enjoyed it.

Hi! I had been looking for a new place to eat at and this was on my list! It is a 7 minute walk from Macewan university which is very convenient for me. I had ordered the Tomato Rice Noodle Soup very flavourful, warm and LARGE/filling size, Deep Fried Squid Tentacle delicious side that has a unique coating and flavour, and Deep Fried Pumpkin Pancake this was truly a surprise as I was hesitant but the flavour came through wonderfully. The sweetness is not to much and the fried coating adds a nice textured balance to the pumpkin filling. The service was incredible you go to a table and water is given to right away. You a scan QR code to order your food and it will come in a timely manner within 15 minutes. You pay in the end left a good tip! and because the food was so filling I had to take a doggy bag to finish the rest a later time. The restaurant is very beautiful and has a wonderful interior design. Also, nice lighting that not to dark and not to bright. I will definitely be coming to this place as it is affordable for a student budget. The price is worth it! Thank you!!!

Tried their iconic Yangs Braised Chicken rice, and rice noodles. I have to say they are exactly the taste of my childhood! Thank you Yunshang, keep up the great work!!! If you are into spicy food def don’t miss their rice noodles, they are heavenly delicious

Great choices of rice noodle dishes with some offering free noode refills. Prices are very reasonable and great service. They even have a VIP membership you can join for a fee that provides extra benefits. Love the easy and efficient ordering system via your mobile phone too. Would go back again
