Great spot.. beware the roads are ridiculously narrow. The staff seem very friendly and the seasonal campers are nice. Pay showers and clean bathrooms....well the 1 I used.also the power poles and water can be quite a distance from the site so bring an extension cord and a long hose just in case. I would come back for sure.

We like the spot, sites are nice. Unfortunately, when we reserved a site, no one told us that both of their 2 pools had no water. Thankfully, there is a "swim-at-own-risk" pond. The front building/games room is advertsed to be open from 9am to 10pm - however when we arrived to check in, and when we visited to play games with our kids, the building was locked and we had to visit the private residence to seek out the owners. When we stayed to play games, it was very awkward while the presumed owner waited - seemingly inconvenienced as we played table tennis. We decided to head back to our site.

The tenting sites are very confusing on less you are a seasonal or have a camper the staff do the talking to you the women at the desk almost throiugh the ten back at me would I come back that's a big maybe it sure is run different fromantic I was a kid when I couldn't wait ton come up here in did lovery the pond and the bathrooms were very clean so was the play grounds there should be another garbage dump just not out of exit to the people at the desk just cause we don't had camper doesn't me to treat us lower then you guys remember we are campers to.

Use to be a great place, not much going on now, prices keep climbing with no upgrades or events, other campgrounds around the area have less of a lot fee with more to do. Hopefully something changes.

It is becoming a tradition for our family to go to Sherwood Forest Camping Park on the Labour Day weekend. Our kids love the 25 cent arcade and 50 cent pool table, the sites are treed and clean although a little tight. The campground is majority seasonal campers, but the park is generally neat and tidy. Great to have a separate adult-only pool, and a pond with walking paths leading to apple orchards. We'll be going again next year.
