They are very nice and caring . They haven't tried to shove any extras on us. They were good with our dog that we had uthenized. It was very difficult and they were very caring . There was a small situation that was a bit stressful . It took at least three times to find a vein . This was due to low blood pressure. Eventually they tried her back leg and that worked.They genuinely care for our animals. Thank you Damian

The staff has always been very helpful, respectful, and friendly. I felt I could trust their recommendations, and as a result I have a healthy, happy cat. After shopping around for prices and good ratings, I'm very glad I chose Sherbrook Animal Hospital.

The receptionist, Sherry, was very unprofessional. She had an attitude the first time I called in and tried to upsell more than what I had asked for. I let it slide the first time, just because everyone has their own bad days. But when I phoned in later on in the week to reschedule my appointment, she was absolutely rude!!! Because of the poor customer service I've experienced, I will be finding an alternate vet for my dog. I have worked as a receptionist before and having excellent communication skills on the phone and in person is definitely key. You are the first person customers associate with and you always have to be at your best to make a good impression for the place you work for. Sherry definitely did not do a good job.

Had both my mail cats neutered here very loving staff wonderful veterinarian no problems at all afterwards on Tuesdays or Wednesdays they have specials where you can get your cat's spayed or neutered for about $40 cheaper than regular price
