This is the far worst gas station with customer service I have been to. We went to get gas with a credit card and after payment the screen showed “unsuccessful payment” so we changed to another pump and went to cashier to pay cash instead since we thought the card didn’t get charged. Next day, it showed my credit card was charged so we made a call to the gas station, nobody knew what they should be doing so they told me the manager will contact me, after a few days the manager reached out to me and told me after I left with the first pump, someone got gas and it was charged when my credit card, excuse me? Isn’t this consider as fraud? And the manager expression was “nothing we can do, too bad” I insisted on speaking with the owner and been advised that I’ll be reached out by the owner in a few days, it’s been a week, no one ever called to follow up. I assume shell doesn’t care whom represent their brand as long as they are paid

Went to car wash this morning. Didn’t come out clean at all, and also not dry at all. Had to waste a towel to mop the whole surface myself.

I work close by and I fill my car with gas here all the time. I pay at the pumps. The new screens at the pumps for paying are really easy to use and the area near the pumps is kept really clean.

Can you explain to me ,why I could not pay for fuel with air miles at your pump. Air miles office told me that shell must accept air miles fuel purchases .

Paid 20$ for an ultimate wash and instead got an ultimate smear. Car came out maybe 40% cleaner than it went it. Waste of money go somewhere else.
