I've been a dedicated patron of this gas station for many years and have consistently had a great experience. The customer service has always been exceptional, and I want to mention the manager, Nicole, for her professionalism and attentiveness. I wholeheartedly recommend this location to anyone needing gas or other services.

I bought the wash-and-go card which includes wash and vacuum. The vacuum part was good and long enough to clean inside the car. My problem was with the washing part. I can say the quality of the washing part was worse because almost all parts of the car were dirty. I clean the vehicle again by hand. I don't know what was wrong with that. I was not happy with this car wash.

I had a very bad experience yesterday night at 7:45 pm at this gas station. It was a chaos at the location and there were 2 employees at the station and they were just sitting inside without doing anything. I was in a line to fill gas and from nowhere an idiot came into the line and then he came out of car and didn’t allow me to fill the gas. When I went inside the gas station to inform the employees, they were actually laughing. This is the worst customer service I have ever faced.

I recently had an awful experience at the Petro gas station car wash. The setup is a bit unusual since it's a drive-through without a rack that slides cars through. I followed the lights, but apparently not correctly, and the machine stopped. When I called for help, a middle-aged lady came out and spoke to me very rudely and aggressively. She even pushed me out of the way. I went inside to ask why she was treating me so poorly, but she ignored me and continued to be extremely rude and aggressive. This isn't the first time I've had a bad experience here, and some of my friends have reported similar encounters. I do not recommend getting a car wash or gas from this place.nnReview 2

Worst ever car wash experience today! It took over 1 hour for me to get in. Not only because it was busy! No! It was too slow, and I can't figure out why while it is automatic! Not as convenient as the automatic cat washes with rail! This is the third time this horrible experience at different time of the day has happened, so it's not random, and Not Peak-time Impacted! If you value your time specifically on a weekend, avoid This Location for Petro-Canada Car wash, which is recommended based on my continuous disappointing experience. By the way, this location car-wash doesn't have the rail, so you have to drive, and follow the steps on the board!Too inconvenient compared to those equipped with rails which take your car and allow a more accurate timing.
