Petro-Canada

This was the worst customer service I have experienced at Petro, and in general. After waiting 45 minutes in which only 2 cars went through, we pulled out of the line and were refused a refund. Luckily there is another Petro just around the corner on bayview that gives a fantastic touch less car wash. Save yourself an hour and head over there.

While the car wash here is the best touchless option in the area, I had a poor interaction with the attendant this evening. I had purchased gas earlier when the car wash was closed due to technical issues. When I came back later in the day I approached the attendant and said I wanted a wash and had purchased the gas earlier. She began interrogating me about what pump, what time, how much was the transaction, etc. I didn't have specific details and she refused to sell me one without charging me the extra $2 fee. This held up the line behind me all over a ridiculous policy where she claims she has to staple the car wash receipt to a reprinted gas receipt. Not only is this process pointless, it WASTES TIME! I've never had any attendant grill me about specifics when I try to buy a carwash separate from my gas purchase (due to having a separate credit card for points redemptions). Absolutely ridiculous... EDIT: Today I arrived home to find (after washing the car at night) the entire bottom section (4-5 inches up from the bottom all around) was completely dirty as if no soap had been sprayed down there. It''s almost entirely a straight line of dirt all around. As I don't live in the area, and knowing the staff here, they'll probably tell me I should have complained right afterwards, otherwise it's too late.

Decent gas station but EXTREMELY slow car wash. Expect to wait in line 30mins or more on busy use times
