All of the staff here are the nicest people.... I would give this place 5 stars if it was not for one new guy named Ash. Rude and slow. He is so bad that his awfulness over rides the other great staff. I will not be going back to this location until he is gone.

Horrible experience multiple times! Thi time card did not work at pump. Manager was rude and insisted I give him my drivers licence. Address and full name in order to use pump. I refused and he then went on to ignore the fact that I was there and still needed gas. This requirement to use a gas pump is ridiculous.

This is the WORST Esso station I've ever been! VERY RUDE STAFF! Terrible management! The machine was not working well at the beginning. After multiple tires, it finally recognized my card, however, it showed empty tank after I pressed #91 gas button. I got a cancellation receipt and went to talk to the manager. The guy in the office refused to listen to me and insisted on saying that my card was not working. He was VERY RUDE! Never been treated like that. I had to try another machine that worked well, which proves that the first gas tank WAS empty.
