The land that this station occupies is tiny & precision-manoeuvring of vehicles, & the area's traffic only adds further to the congestion. Simply exiting the station to get to where you're going requires skill, luck, & a few other drivers doing you a favour (good luck with that)...unless you like going in the opposite direction to try & find somewhere to turn around. The tiny Tim's location there only exacerbates the traffic problems, where the potential to be run over as a pedestrian is multiplied exponentially. The washroom is dirty & there are far too many people loitering inside for the price of 1 coffee purchased amongst them. But this is the only station in the immediate area & has saved me getting stranded without gas a few times, so for that it gets more than just 1 star.

Very busy location that is hard to get in and out of! Price is average. Good convenience store though and a Tim H beside.

Gas prices are higher than other gas stations around the area in Etobicoke.

The parking lot is always so full with Tim Hortons customers
