I traveled 150 km to this station, filled up with gasoline and wanted to go to the restroom, the door was locked and told me that it was not working, is there such a nonsense, they put a damn staff there, a damn station, a damn station

Worst service ever I faced in entire Canada.nI fueled my vehicle for a $50 even thoughnThey didn't let allow me to use restroom saying its under maintenance. What surprises me the most is , the experience is not new to me , it is the fourth time in 4 months and same reason. These workers are damaging the Shells reputation.

I went to buy beer at 10:55pm and the guy working there refused to give beer saying its 11pm i showed him time but still he didnot even bothered to open fridge. Zero service

Bad person working here..he said theres no washroom.. God Bless Indian! Early in the morning 8am April 1.

I frequently visit Shell near my house energy drinks are equal to my coffee in the morning. I pay roughly $70-$100 a month in monster energy drinks depending on where I can find a deal. And over $1000.00 a year in gas and other purchases.n​Went into shell this morning to purchase monster energy drinks. The store was moderately busy with probably 6 customers in the store at approximately 7:50AM.nService was a slower then usual because the cashier was being trained. The trainer attempted to speed up the line by taking cash and the next register, unfortunately everyone was paying by card this morning.nWhen I was next in line I put my monster cans on the counter but the total on the till was unexpected, coming to over $12 instead of the $6 + HST as advertised on the door when I came into the store. I informed her of the advertisement on the front door, and asked why I could not receive that deal.nnThe Trainer informed me that the deal is now over, and quickly walked away from me to go remove the sticker on the front door, awkwardly leaving me with the person being trained at the desk and customers waiting in line.nI embarrassingly waited for her to return to the counter so we could continue our discussion and correct the situation but once she returned she let me know the deal ended 1 hour ago and I was not able to get the product at the advertised price. I rebutted asking her to honour the price on the window regardless of my untimely arrival, at which she promptly refused and turned to the person she was training to ask for scissors to or a knife to remove the sticker from the front door. After she Walked away from me the the second time, I approached her and let her know I would be making a complaint.nnI was humiliated and unsatisfied with the level of customer service. I hope shell can rectify this situation and educate their employees on pricing standards and customer service, or I will not be returning to any shell station in the future.nI hope this review helps future customers.
