Freezing cold out it’s -15, door locked and store open. Needed a few items, guy wouldn’t let me in to pick out my snacks. Always come here after work, never had this issue before, you would think in the cold they’d let you in briefly. Decided to purchase elsewhere and won’t be returning. I work close by and will let all my coworkers know not to stop here

I visited this gas station today to buy some firewood. The listed price was $9.99, but they charged me $11.99 at checkout. That wasn’t the only issue—I also checked gas prices in the area and found that this station charges significantly more than others. In fact, the price here was 11 cents per liter higher than the gas station at Dixie and Eglinton. This kind of overpricing is unacceptable. I’m giving them 1 star.

No beer here. Can you imagine, you own a gas station, and the government gives you the opportunity to sell beer. So, you buy a fridge, pay to keep it cool, but refuse to have a single can of beer for sale on a Sunday night. Congratulations, Mr. Trump, you are a Stable Genius.

Worst service ever. To my surprise there are multiple complaints against the same lady worker at this location. Her name is Suzy something. She is the worst example of who you should not hire and who should not be working as the face of your company.nShe is the worst individual I have ever dealt with. She called me names as I confronted her for her mistake.nOn top of that she mentioned “good luck with your complaint” that I now know what it meant. She has so many complaints against her and no one has taken any action against her so she now knows that the gas station owner and Petro canada dont care about the service standard.nThey should set an example out of her and ensure that no person behaves like her. In my case I asked them to review camera recordings and see if she was at fault or I was at fault.

Lady at the front is so rude. I am here today at 8:30 AM, the station I was at to fill the gas, it didn’t work. I went inside to ask her, and she was ignoring me but I kept standing there to ask why is it not working. She said try again I don’t know. I tried again, it took my money, but I still didn’t fill the tank. I went again and she kept on ignoring me. I tried to take help from other people there filling the gas, it didn’t work. I went inside third time, and she was very rude and did not help me at all. I asked her for refund as well, because I have paid but didn’t get the fuel, she said no to that too.nnShe should learn some etiquettes, and know she is here for customer service and not just to scan things and go home. You are at work, not at home.
