Horrible customer service had a problem with the car wash not using any soap after purchasing a luxury wash. Went to speak to a Employee rite away he accused me of wanting a free wash and telling me my car is clean. Even tho I have it on video which he refuses to watch. It escalated in to a barking match between me and him, when another employee told me to come back in the week when the managers is around.

Toilet backs up and stinks up the whole place too often. I feel bad for the employees who have to deal with it frankly.
