Esso

The store is one of the worse stores among Toronto that presumes customers are criminals and expose customers into the risk of gas theft.nThe gas pump shows the option to pay inside after fuelling, but the female worker refuses for customers to do that and yell a bunch of inaudible english using the malfunctioning speaker. I cannot hear what does she said. The pump is not working.nShe get out from the store and demand me to prepay with an authoritative tone.nHer behaviour is irresponsible as a worker as she presumes customers as heinous criminals and trying to evade risk from protect customers from gas robbery

Very bad experience at this Esso. The pump screen was broken and showed a service menu. It was confusing and hard to use. The machine looked dirty and old. The washroom was extremely dirty and not maintained at all. The system didn’t work properly. This place needs serious cleaning and maintenance.

Nr 5 screen is broken you cant see what option to choose and nr 7 doesnt accept any cards .spend to much valuable tome to fuel up

The air pump doesn’t work : took 10psi off of our tires before we went to petro and fixed it in like 5 minutes. Very dangerous!

Consistently bad service, staff either missing or not paying attention. Had to leave multiple times without being able to get gas because of pumps not working or staff not present.
