Where to begin? The pump wouldn't accept my card, so I had to go into the store. The cashier seemed annoyed that they had to work. I asked for a receipt, to which I received a loud sigh and a dirty look. I laughed at him, which made him more upset. We exchanged words, I guess mine were worse because he was fuming now and told me not to come back, lol. The lot was crowded due to the shawarma restaurant having customers, too. A fuel truck came in and blocked one of the exits, so I left my car at the pump and got food next door. Cashier came out yelling that I was blocking the business. Nobody else was there for gas at that time. I will definitely be calling esso and let them deal with this entitled fool. You're gonna talk to the wrong person one day and get dealt with severely, I hope it's sooner than later...

One of the worst gas stations in the World. the pump doesnt accept my VISA, MC and AMEX as I am waiting to fill my car with Gas. So I go inside and ask the Attendant to charge the Visa for $40 so I can fill, Surprinsingly, the Attendant Taps the Card and my card doesnt work. Then I insert the card and put my PIN, it still doesnt work Then I use my MC and AMEX and finally my Debit, still nothing works. I got so annoyed with the attendant and told her to her face, that your machines suck and your gas station has no customer service. You dont have any functionining machine in your place and said GOOD BYE. 3 kms away I go to another ESSO and boom I pay using my AMEX and leave. This MartinGrove Location has unprofessional people handling this gas station

Put gas and went to the washroom which could of been much much cleaner...nnLike and follow for more honest reviews

RedBull priced at multiple places around the store with the deal price for two. Showed the cashier multiple signs they had posted showing the price. Argued with me and refused to honour the shown price. This is against the Ontario Scanning Code of Practise and illegal
